Supporting early-career researchers in their potential careers both within and outside of academia, in a responsible, transparent, and professional manner, is a systemically important component in promoting the permeability of research careers.
This extends far beyond the boundaries of our own organization and sector (as outlined in the recommendations of the Uniko). As the Career Center of the Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft, we have been dedicated to providing comprehensive and individualized career guidance and support for pre- and postdocs across Austria since 2017.
Starting January 1, 2025, we take the next step and are pleased to announce that, as part of a collaboration with the BMBWF and the University of Vienna, our services are freely accessible to all early-career researchers at Austria’s universities.
We offer limited spots for our Individual Career Services package including:
- Career Chat with one of our Career Experts (30-45min) to discuss your current status-quo and next steps
- Career Coaching (up to 3 sessions) with certified coaches
- Potential Analysis incl. evaluation chat with certified experts
- Individual support and guidance
