Build practical skills to recognise, navigate, and de-escalate conflicts constructively.
Conflicts can take different forms and escalate in different ways. Understanding their context and underlying dynamics, as well as your own responses, is key to handling them effectively.
This interactive workshop examines different types of conflict and stages of escalation. You will learn how to analyse conflict situations, reflect on your own conflict behaviour, and deal with emotions in challenging situations.
Through simulations and interactive group activities, you will practise strategies for resolving conflicts and apply tools for de-escalating difficult conversations, helping to turn conflict into an opportunity for growth and collaboration.
