Your Journey then takes you to collective stations (e.g. workshops & training, expert talks, special programs) as well as individual coaching, where you can address your very specific challenges.

The Leadership Journey is aimed at internal LBG leading researchers and leading administration professionals & external leading researchers from Austrian universities and other reseaerch organisations.
