Take a break from your to-dos & focus on being mindful!

Join us for a 30-minute session to put a spotlight on mindfulness at work & everyday life.

Take a break from the hustle & habits of everyday life and the daily ‘have to’, ‘should’ and ‘want to’ for a few Mindful Minutes. By consciously focusing your awareness on the present moment, it’s possible to let go, re-center and reset.

A regular mindfulness practice can help to reduce stress, increase awareness and resilience – and much more. Let yourself be surprised!

As part of the Mindful Minutes, you can look forward to

  • a short introduction with a science-based perspective
  • one guided breath practice
  • 10–15 minutes of guided meditation or mindfulness practice
  • a short closing impulse with a reflection or journaling prompt

You can join one or multiple sessions. Every session will include a different mindfulness exercise and a guided, focus-centred meditation.

About the Trainer

Adrián Klepe is a neuroscientist (PhD candidate at MUW) and trained yoga, pranayama (yogic breath), functional breathing, and mindfulness teacher. Since September 2024, he has facilitated ~100 yoga, mindfulness, and breath-based sessions (online and in-person), delivered themed workshops as part of The Mindful Base, and co-led retreats focused on the neuroscience of mindfulness and embodied regulation. His work integrates contemplative practices with current scientific research, offering practical and accessible tools for workplace settings.

Goal

Take a break from your goals! In this context, meditation means consciously focusing your own awareness on the present moment – without wanting to reach a goal, change or judge anything – and trying to „Let it be!“ as it is. Including yourself and the world around you. We practice a very pure form of focus-centered, intentionless meditation free from any rules, dogmas or ideologies
