Program

We explore the science of longevity - not just in terms of lifespan, but in how to stay cognitively sharp, emotionally balanced & physically healthy throughout a demanding academic life.

Scientific careers often span decades - demanding long-term mental performance, adaptability & well-being. Yet the daily reality of academic life can be draining: relentless pressure to publish, secure funding, balance teaching & research, and manage growing administrative loads. Many scientists face chronic stress, diminishing institutional support & a lack of sustainable strategies to stay energized, creative & healthy over time. This workshop is designed to change that.
