The Expert

Yasmin Dolak-Struss is a trainer and systemic coach specialized in career development for researchers. She studied technical physics and holds a doctorate in biomathematics. After several years in research and a subsequent career in a large research funding organization, where she trained and advised international researchers, she started her own business. Today, she supports researchers in building strong professional profiles, strengthening their skill set and developing successful and meaningful careers both within and outside academia.
