Turn career goals into action- with structure, coaching and peers.
Do you have a specific career goal or challenge, but cannot quite see how to get there? Peers4Careers is a six-month career development programme that helps you turn your goal into concrete action, with the support of professional coaching, practical tools and a small group of peers facing similar career challenges.
In the Peers4Careers Info Session, we will introduce you to the programme and explain how the different elements, including group and individual coaching, learning nuggets and peer circles, work together to support you on your way towards your goal. You will also learn what is expected from participants, how the peer groups are formed and how to apply.
Join us to find out whether Peers4Careers is the right programme for your career goal or challenge and bring along any questions you may have.
The application phase will be from 01.10.2026-22.10.2026.
P4C will start in December 2026 and will last until June 2027.

The target group for the Peers 4 Careers Program (P4C) is Pre- and Post Docs as well as experienced leaders from the Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft and LBG Institutes and all Austrian Universities and Institutions. All fields of study.
